I was with Telstra before NBN. My speed was around 30Mbs. I switched with the same provider and have had consistently slow internet since. Most times I get around 2.5-3.5Mbs download and less than 1 upload. On occasion it can go to 15 download but only for a short time. I cannot use Ebay without getting a cup of coffee between screens.
