Currently, Norton unblocks Netflix (or Hulu) for you. OpenDNS used to have free malware blocking, then they started charging, Norton ConnectSafe was the same way, but now its only free for home use. Are there any DNS servers still around that are reliable, fast, and block malware similar to how the above two did?
