@Mikejdrake yes, 1Password is available in the UK (which is where I am) and indeed anywhere in the world.. There are two models for 1Password - license and subscription. Licenses are one-off purchases (though in the future there may be an upgrade cost for a newer version). These are bought on a per platform basis, so you would need to buy one for Android (phone/tablet) and one for Windows 10 PC.
